Scott is a retired law enforcement officer from the State of Washington where he served the City of Mercer Island, WA for 19 years.

Scott is also a retired Master Sergeant of the United States Army, where he served as an Infantryman from private to platoon sergeant with the 2nd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment. Scott also served in the 7th Light Infantry Division, 10th Mountain Infantry Division as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Pre-Ranger course, and as the 1st Sergeant of the Long Range Surveillance Detachment, and the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the University of Washington Army ROTC program. He is currently the President of Kinetic Tactical Training Solutions LLC and is the author of the “Active Shooter Response Training: Lone Wolf to Coordinated Attacks 2nd Edition” and “The Active Shooter Response Training Manual”.

Kellie Ann Chainier is a Director at Microsoft, in Privacy and Compliance for Office products and services. She has over 15 years of experience in the fields of risk management, security, privacy, business continuity, and compliance. Some of her notable achievements include:

Kellie Ann is a graduate of the University of Washington.

In her spare time, she is an advocate for reform in school security and law enforcement involvement in view of active shooter events plaguing the nation. She is a mentor and speaker on the topic of domestic violence and reform in the court system.

Doug Andrews is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. He served his nation as an Infantry officer in various leadership and staff positions to include 3 years in the 2nd Battalion 75th Infantry Ranger Regiment. He has been a financial advisor for the past 32 years and also serves as a branch director.

He has served on numerous boards including Sumner Rotary, Tapps Island Association and currently serves on the East Pierce County Regional Hospital Board. He has coached various youth teams from the Little League to high school level in basketball, baseball, soccer and flag football. He and his partner, Shannon, have 5 sons, 1 daughter in law and 1 dog. They reside in the Lake Tapps, Washington area.

Stewart Hyderkhan is a seasoned legislative and policy advisor with over 20 years of leadership experience. He has advised senior executives on statutory and regulatory compliance, and has a strong background in national security, environment, agriculture, and infrastructure. Stewart has coached senior Army officials for congressional testimonies and overseen numerous high-profile investigations. Currently, he serves as Foreign Investment Mitigation Counsel at Systems, Planning, and Analysis, Inc., where he addresses national security risks in foreign investments. His extensive experience includes roles as Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Army’s Joint Task Force National Capital Region and Legislative Counsel for the Office of the Chief Legislative Liaison. Stewart’s expertise spans litigation, regulatory compliance, and strategic congressional communications.
