Sam Houston State University, Kinetic Tactical Training Solutions, Crisis Response Leader Training are partnered in the endeavor of bringing Cohesion between community partners in Active Shooter/Hostile Event Responses.  They are doing so by the development and dissemination of a common core doctrine that is applicable across the many disciplined institutions that are affected by, and who are responsible to prevent such violent attacks.
